Hey there!
Thanks for stopping by!  Hope all is well.  Here's what I've been up to - I've been currently playing as a featured guest artist with various bands covering genres such as Smooth Jazz, R&B, Funk, Pop, Latin, and Neo-Soul. I've also been collaborating and recording with various musicians around the world.  And to further round-off my musical escapades, I have kicked off the Alex Dedal Project. This project gathers top area musicians performing at various venues.  I hope to see you at these events!

"Music has been there from the beginning... sharing what I can do musically and watching people enjoy is my real satisfaction"

Ah the Winter air...You'll love it too if you know what the summers are in Sacramento Valley. Enjoying it! How was your Christmas? Mine was awesome (as always). It's my favorite holiday.
Happy New Year to all and wishing you all the best.

I'm currently in the final stages of my mix down for my album project and will be mastering very soon. I am looking at a May-June 2012 CD release party so stand by! I'm so excited. It's been tough since I was constantly reworking and tweaking the tracks that caused me to pushed back my time line (over and over)...So thank you for hanging in there with me!
The AD Project is on it's way and will be performing soon! Stand by for that as well.

I'm also working on a studio project with original members of San Jose, CA's Latin Band - "Stoned Brown". This band was very popular during the late 70s/early 80s opening for lSantana, Tower of Power, El Chicano, Azteca, Malo, etc. Featuring Arthur "Tutie" Sanchez on Guitar/Vocals, Anthony "Tony" Miranda on Bass/Vocals, and Armando "Mando" Cardenas on Drums/Vocals. These cats have very "tasty" asnd "funky" original compositions. I'm excited to be called to participate. We've included outstanding Percussionist, Oliver Camilo to round off that distinct Latin sounds. Their album will be awesome. Stay tune!
